The enchanting Scottish highlands, nestled between the north see to the east, and the north Atlantic to the west, at the northern most part of the British Isles. There are a few well kept castles that each tell a different part of the history of the country.
Edinburgh Castle: This royal fortress located on a hill up above the city of Edinburgh, has stood the test of time for over a thousand years. it is one of the premier visited landmarks in Scotland and Britain as a whole, and houses houses the Stone of Destiny, the Honours (Crown Jewels) of Scotland, the famous fifteenth century gun Mons Meg, and the National War Museum of Scotland.
